Our Tuscany Yoga Holiday balances good health with good living—perfectly!  Spend a week luxuriating in an 800-year old farmhouse on a picturesque hilltop in Tuscany—and immerse yourself in an old-world appreciation of healthy slow food cuisine, culture, wine, nature and yoga.


MORNINGS  begin with a cup of tea on the terrace enjoying quiet moments overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Join in a 30 minute led meditation (optional), followed by a morning fitness walk through fields and forests. At 8:30 am we salute the sun with a Hatha-Vinyasa flow practice in the villa’s yoga studio. Yoga classes are lively, deep, educational and explorative, accommodating a mix of levels. Enjoy a healthy buffet breakfast as you breathe in the fresh Tuscan air and relax into a perfect day ahead!

AFTERNOONS  in the Mediterranean life-style are naturally leisurely, beckoning you to swim, enjoy a book in the shade, siesta, or perhaps try your hand at Italian cooking with an in-villa cooking class! You also have the opportunity to venture out and explore, with optional excursions to the famous medieval town of Siena, a visit to the wondrous open-air church of Galgano, wine tasting at a local vineyard, or a local jaunt off the beaten path to catch a glimpse of local village life. For the more physically adventurous, you can trek in the forests, horseback-ride in the neighborhood, or hike and swim in local rivers or nearby hot springs. Lunches at the villa are prepared with vegetables picked fresh from our organic garden and prepared in mouth-watering salads, soups and sumptuous Mediterranean dishes.

EVENINGS  in Tuscany are pure magic as we greet the sunset with a relaxing and rejuvenating restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation session, followed by a delicious farm-to-table dinner, family-style under the stars—appreciating la bella vita!


Dating back 700 years and originally built as the main house to a large farming estate, this beautiful stone “casali” has been lovingly restored to offer the perfect balance of modern luxury with characteristic charm.  Each of the 10-rooms in the house are en-suite, offer full amenities, and all have views of the perfect Tuscan landscape!  There is a saltwater pool to lounge by, an organic garden to eat from, and endless fields of vineyards, olives and rolling hills to stroll. Located in the heart of Tuscany, one can reach this country estate within 1–1.5 hours from Siena, Florence or Pisa.


Discover or rediscover the joy of yoga with Hillary Wright, a NYC based yoga teacher who is a highly experienced international yoga teacher, meditation teacher and writer who believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” yoga, encouraging each student to find their own path. Her classes bring a mix of intelligent sequencing, internal depth, breath work and challenging movement to leave you feeling both energized and grounded.  Hillary facilitates teacher-trainings around the world, and has studied many different lineages of yoga, including: Sivananda Yoga, when she spent time living in the Amboli Ashram in India; extensive study of Vinyasa Yoga, as well as hundreds of hours of study of the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage. Her extensive background studying the Ashtanga Vinyasa system brings a depth to her classes, while her knowledge and understanding of Vinyasa Flow brings a creative twist to the practice. All of our Exotic Yoga Retreat yoga programs emphasize safety, awareness, intelligence—and the joie di vivre of yoga!
