I specialize in private and small group classes. 

Each class will be customized to your specific goals and body type.  Your first session will start with a short consultation in order to discover what you are interested in gaining out of our sessions together.  I teach many different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative, Meditation, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa.  If you aren't sure what style you would like, I will customize a session just for you based on your specific needs and goals.
