Who is this course meant for? 

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in creating a lasting meditation practice. 

Does it matter if I have never meditated before? 

No. This course is suitable for those who have never meditated before as well as those with years of meditation practice.

Do I need to commit to meditating every day?

It's up to you.  I would suggest that a meditation practice each day will bring you the most benefit.  However, life can get in the way, which is why this course is designed to be a self-paced practice.

When will I receive my course materials?

You will receive your first meditations and your course workbook as soon as you sign up for the course.
