Hillary Wright

I am an international yoga and meditation teacher. I hold a 500 Hour E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance and live and teach in New York City. My classes bring a mix of intelligent sequencing, internal depth, breath work and challenging movement to leave you feeling both energized and grounded. My extensive background studying the Ashtanga Vinyasa system brings a depth to my classes, while my knowledge and understanding of Vinyasa Flow brings a creative twist to the practice.

Ryann Hanes-Sloan

I am a yoga teacher, intention coach and new experience seeker. I have over 600 hours of yoga training and have taught yoga across the U.S. I believe that wellness, happiness and health all begin with understanding how we hold stagnant energy in our bodies- which is why I love the practice of yoga, it encourages us to open up and work through the physical manifestation of energy blockages. I currently live and teach in Los Angeles. Wellness is my passion and it has led me to deepen my understanding by traveling to India to study Ayurveda and ancient healing techniques.  Through these experiences, I have gained an extensive knowledge of these tools which focus on elevating the vital energy in the body through diet, mindful movement and intention setting. I am thankful to have found my life's work helping others uncover their true nature and innate radiance.
